Canterach - Celtic Rock Band
This is one of Scotland's top bands. A great blend of traditional and contemporary music verging on the 'celtic rock' side of things. The band blends traditional instruments such as the highland and small pipes with bass, guitar, keyboards, fiddles and the stunning vocals of Ross Kennedy, who charms all with Scots, burns and folk songs.
Iain Thomson Band
Iain Thomson is known as 'the singing shepherd' and is Scottish folk singing at his best, plus a mix of traditional and modern songs. The trio includes superb accordionist Gregor Lowrey and amazing multi-instrumentalist, Marc Duff on whistles, bodhran and bouzouki.
