Jonas is a highly experienced pianist. He was brought up in a musical home and went on to graduate from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm with a Master of Fine Arts degree. He has worked as a full-time pianist ever since, and has over 20 years of experience playing a broad range of musical styles including classical, jazz, contemporary and easy-listening. Jonas would be delighted to provide the perfect musical accompaniment for your wedding or event, tailoring the style of music played to your tastes. He has a top quality digital piano, with a sound to rival a Steinway, which he would be happy to bring along to your venue if it doesn’t have a suitable piano of its own. Jonas moved from Stockholm to Glasgow and married Aileen, an accordionist. Together they play in the ceilidh band, “Caraidean Ceilidh Band” – a traditional, versatile and enthusiastic ceilidh band for weddings, parties, events, and for every other reason that you might have a ceilidh!
