Cairn Quartet have a unique fusion of classical and the more modern up to date chart hits. Their vast experience of playing in a variety of ensembles has influenced them in their repertoire to really make this string quartet one with a difference. Their repertoire features songs from Vivaldi to The Verve, from Bach to The Beatles, plus the more popular hits of today such as Coldplay or swing along to Sinatra and Joplin. For corporate functions, private parties or dinners, Cairn Quartet's eclectic fusion of music is guaranteed to be a hit at any occasion.
Cairn Quartet are four classically trained professional musicians from The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Dance. They have performed all over Scotland including Scottish Parliament, Glasgow City Halls, Cathedral of the Isles and various castles throughout the U.K. Cairn Quartet are a young and stylish quartet that look and sound fantastic at any occasion.
