Two Five One

Jazz Guitar Duo

Two-Five-One is an exciting new guitar duo combining the playing talents of veteran session musician Duncan Findlay and the fresh new dynamic skills of Adam Bulley. Playing a wide variety of music from the 1930s to the present day, Two-Five-One can supply music for any occasion. They are already the resident corporate entertainers for the Sterling Furniture Group and have just been invited to take part in the BBC broadcast to celebrate Robbie Shepherd's 70th birthday.

Duncan began life as a live player in the family hotel in Ayrshire. He then joined the band Caledonia co-writing songs, recording and touring on the Continent and touring the UK alongside Hot Chocolate. It was while he was living and working in London that he developed his skills as a session player. He worked extensively for the legendary producer Ron Richards who was responsible for producing bands like The Hollies. He did many sessions for Ron with artists like Tom Paxton

During his relatively short career, Adam has achieved a great deal in the professional spotlight. With this BA in Music Performance tucked under his arm it was not long before Adam caught the eye of the professional world. He has performed in Scotland's top venues, including the Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow Barrowland, the Scottish Exhibition Centre, and the Gleneagles and St Andrews Bay Hotels. His talents have been featured on the Frankie Miller Tribute album playing alongside established artists such as Joe Walsh, Dougie MacLean and the sensational Alex Harvey Band.
