The entertaining duo of Colin Ramage (guitar & vocals) and Iain Anderson (fiddle) are well respected figures on the British and European folk scene. The pair play regularly throughout Scotland and beyond including recent performances in Switzerland and Poland to name but two.
Colin is a vastly experienced performer of both self-penned songs and traditional Scottish favourites and for many years he was the driving force behind the hugely successful folk group 'North Sea Gas' before his turning solo. His powerful yet melodic voice has earned him numerous television and radio appearances throughout his career and firmly established him as one of Scotland's best loved traditional singers. Iain Anderson has performed his unique style of fiddle music from London's Royal Albert Hall to the European MTV awards. He spends much of his time touring and in 1999 was congratulated by the Queen for his third consecutive success at the Scottish national fiddle championships. Iain's solo fiddle album, described by critics as "gleamingly brilliant", and subsequent live solo performance on BBC Radio 2's 'Friday Night Is Music Night' has made him one of the most sought after fiddle players on the scene today.
