How to Book

Booking your Wedding Music and Entertainment couldn't be simpler!

We arrange all the details, confirm availability with musicians and draw up a Booking Agreement for you and the musicians. This Booking Agreement is your confirmation and sets out the details of the engagement such as venue, times, special requirements, prices agreed, deposit required and contact details for all parties. This ensures that everyone has all the information they need for your special day. We keep copies of these Booking Agreements here at Wedding Music Scotland.

Also, as your day draws nearer we arrange any details and ensure any special arrangements are made. For example, you may want that special piece of music for your ceremony or first dance, which our musicians will need to prepare.

Once you've decided on the type of music you want for your wedding contact us for a written quotation. Or email us for more information and our Sampler CD. Make your choices then we'll arrange the rest and provide you with confirmation of the booking.

Payment Information:

Deposits are required at the time of signing the Booking Agreement and are £25 for pipers, £35 for soloists, £50 for duos and £75 to £125 for bands.

Balances are due 4 weeks prior to the wedding or on the day in cash direct to the musicians.
