We've made the process of booking live music simple and easy. Best of all, you get your own Music Consultant who will be there for you every step of the way. Right up to the big day itself! They will advise on the best music for your idea of the perfect wedding. What fits best with your venue and tips on making things even better!
MuseNexus is an alternative to using entertainment agents booking musicians, as you're dealing direct with the musicians themselves through a co-operative.
Booking your Wedding Music and Entertainment couldn't be simpler!
Your Music Consultant will arrange all the details, confirm availability with musicians and draw up a Booking Agreement for you and the musicians. This Booking Agreement is your confirmation and sets out the details of the engagement such as venue, times, special requirements, prices agreed, deposit required and contact details for all parties. This ensures that everyone has all the information they need for your special day. We keep copies of these Booking Agreements here at MuseNexus - The Musicians Network.
You get to speak to the musicians directly!
We put you in touch DIRECTLY with the musicians once your Booking is confirmed. This way, YOU can contact them WHEN you want to, so that you can discuss the finer details of your wedding music.
Booking is an easy 3 step process:
- To secure your musicians or band, we just need a little information about your wedding. Then we'll post out a booking agreement to you which you should receive within a few days. This booking form clarifies the details of your wedding. You and the musicians receive copies so that everyone concerned is well informed and know what's expected on the day.
- When you receive this form please check over the details to make sure the information is correct then sign both copies. Keep one copy and return the other to us with your deposit payment which can be paid by cheque or by credit/debit cards securely online at our Online Shop, we allow 14 days for this to be completed.
- As soon as we receive your booking agreement and deposit we'll confirm with the musicians and issue you with a booking confirmation number, the booking is then complete. We'll give you the musicians contact details to discuss your music at a time that suits you.
One month prior to your Wedding:
You have a choice of either paying the balance up to one month prior to your event by cheque OR you can pay the balance in cash directly to the musicians on the day. Please see your booking form for details. The musicians should get in touch with you about one month before your wedding to discuss any last minute details.
Payment Information:
Deposits are required at the time of signing your Booking Agreement. Balances are due 1 month prior to the wedding OR on the day in cash direct to the musicians.
